Interview
Entire interview process took 1 day. I have cleared all the rounds and in hr round salary negotiations was done and they finalised at that moment. They asked me to send the marksheet n all. They said they will roll out the offer in day or 2.
But then the very next day I got a call from hr asking me to attend the client round. That also I have cleared(as per hr)
Then there was no further communication. Suddenly after 10 to 15 days I got call from Ruta, the hr person, saying that we will not offer u that much hike u need to negotiate further.
Even though the salary negotiation was done earlier, why anyone will agree to this. Very unprofessional in this front.
It was one technical and one HR round. First round was detailed technical questions. HR round was mostly about salary discussion and start date etc. Overall it was a good experience. HR was so supportive and nice to respond.
Interview process involved 3 rounds where First round was with technical experts and reporting manager. In first round mostly technical questions were asked. For me it was more of interactive session as I was already working in the same field. Then in 2nd round, I got an assessment to be completed within a time frame. And in last round, it was with hiring manager which was also interactive session. Whole process was very smooth and took very less time.

I applied online, I believe through handshake, I had one behavioral interview and one technical interview. The technical was not super technical I felt that it was also very behavioral as well. It was with two current consultants
