Interview
The interview process involves four stages.
1. Aptitude test + Essay Writing- Aptitude test comprises of 32 questions(16 quantitative + 16 logical and verbal) and time was 50 minutes. After there was Essay Writing test and time given was 30 minutes.
2. Pseudo test-It was based on programming languages like C and Data Structures. There were 25 questions(15 on C and 10 on Data Structures) and time given was 25 minutes.
3. Technical Interview- The questions were based mostly on C language and the Interviewer was more interested to see one's attitude, confidence. If someone is confident with positive attitude he/she can easily clear the interview.
4. HR Interview- It was normal HR interview and questions were like tell me something about yourself, why you want to join Capgemini, hobbies, are you willing to work in any shift and at any location.

Well I got chance for 5.5 lpa interview. First the interviewer started interview like 1 hour late. It was virtual interview on java. so he was in hurry and just asked me few java questions. I didn't wrote java in resume. My main language was C++ but ya he said ok kept asking java. Inbetween interview by his side there was internet issue so he got disconnected for 10 minutes. I waited nervously. And as a result I got 4lpa offer which I ofcourse rejected.
