I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Sep 2012
Interview
I went through a walk in on weekend. I went through 5 rounds by the client itself conducted at Capgemini Campus.
First round was a written paper with 5 question(1 tc, 1 test data prep, 1 coding, 1 debugging) in 30 min.
second round was Testing round and was asked to make test cases for different situations.
third round was coding on Java as per client requirement.
fourth round was debugging.
Fifth was puzzle with manager.
after clearing all this I was contacted by HR for negotioations.
NOTE: Since this was very particular client otherwise the process is not that detailed or stringent in Capgemini.
It was one technical and one HR round. First round was detailed technical questions. HR round was mostly about salary discussion and start date etc. Overall it was a good experience. HR was so supportive and nice to respond.
Interview process involved 3 rounds where First round was with technical experts and reporting manager. In first round mostly technical questions were asked. For me it was more of interactive session as I was already working in the same field. Then in 2nd round, I got an assessment to be completed within a time frame. And in last round, it was with hiring manager which was also interactive session. Whole process was very smooth and took very less time.

What are the parameters of quality checks that needs to be taken care of after completing a ppt deck?
I applied online, I believe through handshake, I had one behavioral interview and one technical interview. The technical was not super technical I felt that it was also very behavioral as well. It was with two current consultants
