Very unclear interview process. The entire process went for more than 2 months
After first round of technical interview the HR collected documents for further discussion, post which I had 3-4 rounds of technical interviews and then with a Banking client who wanted a clear Business analyst with banking domain.
I clearly say an inefficient HRs in mapping profiles for the role.
After I clear 4 technical rounds Agile project management they rejected me by processing for a business analyst role

One of the worst interview process I have been in my entire IT career. Totally non responsive and incompetent Talent Aquisition team who treats you like no body after you are done with your interview round. No proper communication or status of your candidature.

Interview
HR screening(Telephonic Round) then Technical Round with Sr. PM (Microsoft Teams Meeting)and Cultural/Project Fit round more scenario based questions(Microsoft Teams Meeting). Hiring Process was smooth and HR was supportive in setting the interviews based on my availability.
