lengthy interview process. They take too much time to declare result .interview experience is good. Friendly speaking interviewer. but declaration of result of technical interview takes lots of time. due to Lengthy process candidates get frustrated.

Mostly they focus on how we give the answer of each and every question
Had 2 rounds of interview after an assessment. The first was technical round. They asked about data algorithms, lot of questions on java, SQL and working knowledge of C++. The second round was HR round, where it was mostly on behavioural questions, am i okay with working in any shifts and compensation negotiations and locations issues.

OOPS fundamentals, what is wrapper class, how do you encrypt and wrap classes. Writing different pattern functions in java. SQL easy questions, there were no window functions.
Interview process is good and postive and panel also suportive went smooth
there will 3 rounds to crack interview and client round also capgemini was good also to work had great env
