I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Jan 2017
Interview
4 stage round
1-3 technical basis
4 personality basis
It was a campus hiring opportunity where around 80 students participated. I reached till round 3. Level was medium and knowledge skills required was okok.
They usually wish to check the basics as if we've really got the things from the roots or is it like you're a 1 month coder !! People with good resume were given advantage. A lot level of experience was required in terms of internships and training. I'll say you have to be good to acquire this opportunity especially in this content.
Had 2 rounds of interview after an assessment. The first was technical round. They asked about data algorithms, lot of questions on java, SQL and working knowledge of C++. The second round was HR round, where it was mostly on behavioural questions, am i okay with working in any shifts and compensation negotiations and locations issues.
