After successfully cracked technical round. I have attempted HR round.
HR ask me for salary benefits. I told her as per market value and 50% hike on my current package. After that HR told me, we will get back to you.
However, I wait for 10 days for feedback but I didn't get any call from HR. I continuously follow up but HR didn't respond to emails as well as on call or messages.
Worst experience get in company like Capgemini. I got another call from Capgemini, she scheduled my interview again with same profile within a 15 days of period.
I asked about last interview feedback, she told me they don't have that much of budget.
My ask is simple, If you don't have budget then why you are interviewing people and waste their time!!!!!!
