I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Singapore) in Jul 2021
Interview
Interview process was messy. Applied through email.
Got the call from the Talent Acquisition team within 30 mins after I had submitted my application. Did phone screening with the team but most questions they asked were already on the resume and on the application email (The job posting had stated to include certain information in our resume but the team still asked for it during the phone screening).
Received another call the next day from the same person and was told to prepare myself for a technical test that is probably be held the following week. Was told that a confirmation will be send to me once they had finalise the test period. However, did not receive any emails or calls for the next 2 weeks. Only received his call on the third week, informing me that I had 4 days to complete the technical test on HackerRank.
After completing the test, received another call from the team, asking for feedback on the test. Apparently lots of candidates had feedback that the test is too advance and difficult for a Graduate Program position in the company. Was told that the company will be looking into the feedback and change their hiring criteria.
Gave my feedback and the company did not get back to me after that.

Interview
Smooth interview process got accepted but unfortunately the position is being hold by HQ. A bit frustrated since I been left hanging for over a month to receive the offer letter, anyway the recruiter is friendly and helpful along the process.
