I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Gainesville, FL) in Sep 2021
Interview
They sent me a coding test, which wasn't too bad. I got a request for an interview after. The interview had a schedule, but it ended up being almost wholly overridden and most of the time was spent by the interviewer asking me questions about one of my projects. The interviewer said I did well and he said he'll pass along the information. Then it took about a week for HR to do anything. It was a lot of back and forth. Communication with HR was slow. They kept asking me about my education, which was clearly on my resume. In the end, I was not given an offer. I tried to email them and ask if they could give me some pointers to better myself, but no reply.
Interview is based on resume not anything outside from resume
Project discussion, oops concepts, DBMS, operating system
Mostly they focus on how we give the answer of each and every question
Had 2 rounds of interview after an assessment. The first was technical round. They asked about data algorithms, lot of questions on java, SQL and working knowledge of C++. The second round was HR round, where it was mostly on behavioural questions, am i okay with working in any shifts and compensation negotiations and locations issues.
