I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capgemini in Mar 2024
Interview
It was incredibly nice to talk to the recruiter at the first stage. I got a chance to pass the technical interview, but I had to postpone it due to my health issues. After sending an email in advance, I didn't get any response. Shortly before the call, I sent another email informing I couldn't join the meeting, but still no response. At the start of the interview, the recruiter called and texted me asking if I could join.
Seems like the recruiter didn't check the emails. But an interesting thing came afterward. On the same day, I got a new time slot proposed. After waiting for weeks, the Interview was canceled shortly before it was supposed to take place without a possibility to reschedule. Such a pity and just not a great experience at all
Aplicação no LinkedIn.
I obtained this opportunity through my university’s on-campus recruitment process. The selection process included two rounds of interviews. After the first interview, I participated in a panel discussion where I was evaluated on my knowledge of SQL, data structures and algorithms (DSA), and Excel. Following the successful completion of all assessment stages, I received an offer from the company.
