(IIM College Placement for MBA students) The first round post submitting the application on Superset was Final Assessment - online test for about an hour - it was a super fun activity with games and puzzles, the ones who made it through this round had an interview - lasted about 10-15 minutes with a warm and comfortable interaction (selection rate in interview was about 60-80%)

I obtained this opportunity through my university’s on-campus recruitment process. The selection process included two rounds of interviews.
