I recently went through the interview process at Capgemini, and I must say it was a very well-structured experience. The process consisted of multiple rounds, including detailed technical discussions as well as interactions with senior management. Each round was clearly defined, and the interviewers were professional, approachable, and thorough in their evaluation. I truly appreciated the balance of technical depth and management perspective throughout the process, which gave me a clear understanding of the role expectations and the company culture. Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience, and I am very happy to have been selected. Excited to be a part of Capgemini and contribute to its growth journey!

The interview was conducted quite professionally. The Recruitment Officer is very professional. She greeted me and kept me company until the Hiring Manager was available to interview me. The interviewer was very professional. However, I was not told that he was looking for Technical skill-set. I was not asked about my IT technical experience.
