Had 2 rounds of interview after an assessment. The first was technical round. They asked about data algorithms, lot of questions on java, SQL and working knowledge of C++. The second round was HR round, where it was mostly on behavioural questions, am i okay with working in any shifts and compensation negotiations and locations issues.

Interview is based on resume not anything outside from resume Project discussion,oops concepts, DBMS, operating system Mostly they focus on how we give the answer of each and every question

Interview process is good and postive and panel also suportive went smooth there will 3 rounds to crack interview and client round also capgemini was good also to work had great env
