I was referred to the role and faced a HR round interview. I was asked all the most common questions and a few tricky logical questions. However, I was a fresher, I wasn't fully eligible for the role, and hence, couldn't get the opportunity to join. Yet, I had a great learning experience as to how the interviews will be at large organizations.

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
