Applied via Linkedin in July 2025 - 3 month contract role was advertised by Lorien and also by Deloitte and PWC (PWC claimed to have already gotten the contract with the end client). Found the entire recruitment process frustrating and felt my time was wasted. Was interviewed by someone in Capgemini who claimed to be in London but clearly was in India. Lorien kept stalling me until I cc'd the Capgemini staff I was interviewed by. Eventually on September 5th I get this reply full of misspellings from a Lorien person based in Spain: "Role has been put on hold, for the time being ,by business. We understand the inconveniences that this delays produce in every aspect of the process, and we are fully aware of market circumstances that candidates face in terms of making a decision on which roles to onboard in. Any new outcome for this job will be informed asap"
