they call you n insult you like you are a slave. they don't even understand n respect your thoughts n concepts.

Interview
I recieved an email from an HR of Capgemini for Test Lead position. I applied and attended the interview. I performed well and so a week later I tried to follow up with the HR who scheduled the interview as I did not get any update. She neither attended my calls nor replied to any of my emails. 4 weeks later I got a call from another HR saying I have cleared the round and she told me that she will schedule the second round for me. Its been 3 weeks since she told me and there is no update till now

Interview
I was interviewed for functional test lead. One round of video call interview and it was good. Post that I got English exam link(amcat) which I attended. Then my HR asked me to send some list of documents like my payslip addrss proof previous offer letter etc., to released my offer letter. I sent all those immediately. But they didn't send me the offer letter yet. I called the HR she said ill be getting it by EOD. It's been 3 weeks no response for calls or mails.
Atleast they can let the candidate know that they have chosen another candidate for that role, so that we can move on and look for other interviews. This is very bad behaviour from Capgemini.
