Capital Bank (Maryland) interview questions

Deceptive recruiting practices include posting every role as hybrid and then specifying 5 days in office in office I'm already in an interview. Doesn't know exactly what the role entails and made me go through the full application online to be invasive over my address. Not even for the application process. I was then ghosted before the second interview. I have ceased dealing with the business as a consumer as well.
