Perhaps a well known fact, but the interview process is very long. I was told it can be up to 30 interviews. The team were interesting to meet but it can be frustrating to be part of such a lengthy process, with little visibility of how things are progressing.

Generally fair questions on stocks and markets you cover.
Behavioral interview followed by a technical interview, which included a stock pitch. Each interview took about 30-60 min. The technical interview had several people sitting in, while the behavioral one was with an HR person only.

Interview
Fun interactive conversations about investing, companies and life. They seem to care about what makes you think differently and your intellectual honesty and humility. This makes the process less stressful than otherwise.
