Interview
Lots and lots of people to meet. Predominantly focused on personality fit and team player capabilities. On the one hand, very focused on specific job requirements. Unless you happen to be a pianist or a ballet dancer or a teach for america volunteer in which case, your diversity makes you an attractive candidate.

It would have been a long interview process but I had trouble communicating with the HR coordinator and there was quite a big mix up for one of the interview rounds
Normal interview questions and over view of background info. Three rounds of interviewers with different groups of people back to back. Nothing stood out in the whole interview process. Overall your normal interview
Usual background questions and questions on modelling skills with a member of the relevant team - was done over Zoom. Structure appears to be quite flat with reporting into the head of each team.
