The interview process was lengthy, in part because I was being considered for a role in one of two different departments. I interviewed with HR, 2 Senior Managers and the President of the company.
3 rounds of interviews.
First is with recruiter, second is a 2 person panel with other managers, 3rd is another 2 person panel with hiring manager and senior manager. Entire process took about 2 months.

The hiring and interview process was very involved. Screening interview followed by 3-4 in person interviews with various business leaders. Reference check was very extensive, each reference described their calls as if they were trying to be hired for the role. Background check performed, but no drug test which I found odd with the sensitivity and risk involved in financial services.
