The overall process was fair. It was mostly focused on whether you will be a good fit with the company's overall culture and collaborative nature. Also very much a matrix organization as a result.

Strong focus on behavioral questions to ensure cultural fit
It would have been a long interview process but I had trouble communicating with the HR coordinator and there was quite a big mix up for one of the interview rounds
Normal interview questions and over view of background info. Three rounds of interviewers with different groups of people back to back. Nothing stood out in the whole interview process. Overall your normal interview
Usual background questions and questions on modelling skills with a member of the relevant team - was done over Zoom. Structure appears to be quite flat with reporting into the head of each team.
