Virtual one-way interview, was contacted 3 days later to complete a second round video interview with a recruiter, was contacted the same night to complete final round on site interviews (Norfolk, VA) All very behavioral and focused on fit. Some behavioral questions are more specific than average (ex: instead of: tell me about a time that you failed, its tell me about a time that you failed as a result of_____) No technicals. During final rounds the interviewers do not have a copy of your resume, so it gives you the opportunity to elaborate on the most important aspects of your experience. They offered a meet and greet the night before where you get to socialize with your interviewers. Definitely recommend attending this- creates more talking points during interview and you get a better feel of the company culture when meeting the employees and interviewers.
