Interview
I had an in-person interview for a research associate role. I interviewed with one more senior research associate and an HR manager at the same time with both persons asking more or less alternating questions.
The interview process was made up of a series of panel and individual interviewers. The process was great, interviewers were friendly and didn’t try to catch you out but rather wanted to help you shine.
After multiple rounds of interviews consisting of about 5 hours total, the recruiter has ghosted me. I completed my last interview 3 weeks ago and I’ve reached out twice for a follow up. I assumed after 5 hours spent the recruiter could at least send an email or some sort of response, even an automated one would be fine.
The interview is pretty well organised, three to four rounds, and each round has one or two people, depending on seniority. The HR is pretty efficient and communicates results very soon.
