Initial phone call screening, basic questions no real interview questions. Then if you pass that you get to interview in person. That is done by two different managers at different times and normal interview questions such as "tell me about yourself" and "describe a situation in which you had to deal with a difficult customer."

There are 2 interviews I believe. I’ve done round one which is a teams interview. It went very well. I would recommend staying confident in answers. They are looking for a compatible candidate.
The interview process was easy. There are three interviews in total, one with the team manager that yo will be working with if hired and 2 with higher managers back to back.
