Friendly interviewers across HR and PMs for the CAP associates program. Total 1 HR, followed by 2-3 PMs. Interviewers seemed to have their own style of conversations (i.e no fixed set of questions). Could depend on who u get,
CAP associate program seems interesting ? as u rotate between different business areas (from investing to HR) - but doesnt make sense for someone dead set on an investment role. There are better investment analyst development programs out there imo
