Interview
The hiring process was pretty simple and the moved pretty fast. The whole hiring process took about three weeks.
1. Applied for position on career site
2. received email three days later to complete assessment
3. Invited to do virtual video interview ( which i though i did really bad because it was kind of awkward speaking to my computer) but i guess it wasn't that bad bc i received call from recruiter about two days later. She went over job description, asked some general questions about why i chose to work for capital one and also over a little of my work history.
4. In person interview with Unit Manager- the interview was very easy and breeze. The manager was very down to earth and we spent most of the time just conversing about the company. He asked about four behavioral questions and at the end asked me if i had any questions.
