Well, I applied 4+ Years ago. So, the Process was, You have to Apply Online Capitalone.com. After you finished applying and you qualified, they will call you for Phone Interview, which took me about 30 Minutes. After you qualified, the next step would be face to face interview with the branch Manager. Then if you pass that, they will send you to 3 weeks training.

I feel like the questions were very simple. It was a role that didn’t require much skill or background. I didn’t like the recruiter. She was very short, and just was not a good experience.
Process was easy and straightforward, questions regarding why you like the company, how you see yourself growing there. This manager was very interested in aspirations and where you see yourself in the future.
