Skills Test= very easy : simple Maths, no preparation required.
Phone Interview= vey easy: general questions/ aspirations.
Full Day interview= difficult: 4 on a road interviews, two cases ( consulting type) and two behavioral. They can use two interviewers at a time. The seem very focus on Quant skills. Some interviewers were not clear enough. Overall I had a good time and believe it is not a difficult interview.

I applied online for the position and was contacted by a recruiter. I was informed that the role I applied for may not exist anymore and was provided another generic job description to apply to. I completed the first case study and was provided positive feedback throughout. However, the interviewer, who would have been my peer, quickly failed me right after the case study. I found it very odd that this person was in control of the whole interview process. For such a large company, they seem to have a huge blind spot in their hiring process that allows for a lot of unchecked bias.
