I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One (Brooklyn, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview process was very good. I was nervous in the beginning, however once things it began to move forward, I was comfortable and no longer nervous. The leader asked detailed questions and my previous experience. He informed me of how that branch operates and what will be required of me. I got to see the staff conduct their daily task and got a feel on what they do to ensure the business runs smoothly.
I went to a networking event and connected with most of the upper management. After the event i connected with the recruiter and she scheduled an interview. I went to the interview met with the District Manager and a Branch Manager. The interview was suppose to be 45mins but lasted 1.5hrs.
