Interview
Everyone was just a little weird and a little stuck up. Think of the girl in high school that got straight A's and couldn't wait for college where she could be appreciated, she now works at COF. Everyone there was very nice though. On a scale of 1:10 for people who I'd want to be friends with and a place I'd want to work for more than a year, I'd give them a 3.
Applied for the position online, heard back within a week or so. Scheduled a call with the recruiter which went well, and she advised I would hear back in just a few days. Weeks later, no update, no response, nothing.

Interview
The interview process was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate’s time. There was little structure to the discussion and no real opportunity to demonstrate my experience or thinking. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up afterward, which only reinforced the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Overall, it felt dismissive, chaotic, and far below the standard one would expect for a senior role interview. Appalling behavior start to finish.
