Interview
There are three rounds of interviews: The first interview consists of a chat with a recruiter, to go through your academic and professional background. The second interview is a phone case study with a Business Analyst from their team, and the third interview is an on-site day-long case study event.
Below is my experience during phone case study.
When the interview started the interviewer informed me there was going to be somebody else in the room with him during the interview for *training purposes*.
When he started reading the case study it made absolutely no sense, so I had to keep asking questions about the outline information, and he kept repeating "Oh, my mistake, I misread".
The first questions was the expected value of a lottery ticket - a probability question. I started doing the math, and asked the interviewer if he wanted me to walk him through the calculation, he said "Sure" - while I was talking I could hear him on the background whispering to the person sitting next to him. This was little annoying.
When I finished he said "Great" - and asked the second question. I had some follow up questions and clarifications for him - and this seemed to have annoyed him, since his answers were ZERO constructive. And he continued his whispered conversation.
Needless to say I lost my patience, and the details of the rest of the interaction are not relevant to this review.
I don't think this reflects badly on the company, rather, it shows the flaws in the interviewing process. My interviewer was clearly too Junior to be interviewing anyone - and his lack of professionalism during the interview proves just that.
first had a Screening call, then a Call with hiring manager, Power day with 2 behavioral/1Fit/1Case study. Process took about 2 to 3 from HR reaching out to gettting the offer
long process, three rounds interviews, always case study, interviewed with three people and each took at least one hour. It took me much time to prepare. Not sure what sort of candidate they want

The two interviewers didn't turn on the camera and started off by having me present my experience and project. Overall the communication went well and it was a moderate experience
