My initial dealings with the recruiter who contacted me were very positive. Although she missed one of our scheduled calls, she kept me updated throughout the process of her attempting to schedule the phone interview with the hiring manager, etc. I had to take the verbal, numerical and behavioral assessments which were not easy and caused me a lot of stress. Luckily, I passed and was looking forward to continuing in the interview process. However, after the call with the hiring manager, I was not brought in for the in person. For me, this was devastating - especially since I had spent so much time on the assessments and preparing. To make someone go through all that and not even bring them in for an in-person says a lot about the company. I was told the assessments were good for 2 years and I have since applied to 2 other positions which have returned automated rejection replies. I'm going to consider this a blessing in disguise and move on to other companies who value their candidates and their time.
