I had a great interview experience at Capital One in Plano. The whole process was well organized. Communication was excellent. They do their interviews in a separate area that is easy to find. Everyone was welcoming from the minute I stepped in the door! I interviewed with a total of five people separately. Two job related interviews, two behavioral interviews and one case study. Recruiter with Capital One was helpful and prompt with correspondence. Everyone I met seemed happy to be there. Disappointed that I didn’t get an offer, but maybe I’ll get another chance. Appears to be a great company!

4 rounds of interview, get offer letter, pass bckground check, sends computer, then changed thier mind and rerout the computer without my notice while I struggle to find out what must have gone wrong. Annoying
Fine, it was an easy process to navigate but I didn’t get an offer unfortunately I think the interviewers were not paying attention when they talked to me. I definitely would not recommend talking with them.
