I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Two interviews, first is basic behavioral. Second is a multitude of different styles of interviews, 2 case, 1 job fit and 1 behavioral if I can remember correctly. Case studies are very straightforward. Job fit is just about what you want/like. The case studies are very similar to the prior consulting case studies that I have done.
