I didn’t apply. They sourced me. The experienced Recruiter had a list of questions without even telling me about the role. Not a great candidate experience which is odd since this huge/financial company is trying to compete with more interesting startups doing more impactful work.

Difficult Situation and the way you influenced stakeholders
Very straight forward, one initial interview but the last round is a 4 part interview that asks some difficult questions. They were very friendly but some of the questions were just hard.
