I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I first applied online through their portal. About two weeks after that, a recruiter reached out to me and we had a conversation about my interest in the program and my interest in the tech field. About a week later I received an email from that same recruiter asking me to come to an onsite interview later that month. There were 6 different days that I could chose from for the on-site, each about a month out from the day that I received the email. I was then flown out to Richmond, VA for a lunch with a current employee followed by three 45 minute interviews. The interviews were each one on one and were in different areas. For instance, there was first a job fit, then a case study, followed by a behavioral interview. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process consists of three parts, lasting four hours: 1 case, 1 job fit, and 1 behavioral. All three interviews last at most an hour each. For behavioral make sure you elaborate as much detail as possible because they will ask follow-up questions.
Pretty easy phone call video call then power day. Power day consists of 3 interviews through the day. Overall great experience. Didn’t have trouble at all. No offer yet. Waiting for email

Not exactly sure what they were looking for because I did not get the offer. I fit the group they were targeting (non-tech background, wanting to transition into tech).
