I submitted an application through the website, and was asked to complete a phone screen a few weeks later. I was then offered a final interview, which consists of a behavioral, job fit, and case interview. These were completed virtually through Zoom. The only reason I am rating my overall experience as negative is because they gave me the wrong case. The case for CODA should not involve coding in any capacity - it's just simple algebra. However, the case I was initially given required that I fix code written in Java. I emailed my recruiter afterwards and she was nice enough to reschedule the appropriate case for me. This was done the day after my Power Day. Without the mix-up, I would definitely consider the experience as positive, especially thanks to my caser who worked with me through both cases and my recruiter who was super helpful throughout the whole ordeal.
