Interview
The hiring process began with the online application and continued with the face to face with Human Resources and then the Department manager and supervisor. There were two people on the call and I was prepared with all of the questions regarding the systems and the usual interview questions. Things pretty much went well until I was asked a very unexpected question.

I was quizzed on the banking regulations that are taught and tested by the bank quarterly.

Interview
The interview was good, but they put hiring freezes 2 times and once called me on the DAY OF interview to cancel. May not seem like a big deal but to a person with a child who has to make arrangements it can be.
