applied online received email for phone interview or video interview opt for phone interview 2wks later recruiter called me back for 2 face to face interviews with 2 branch managers 30 minutes each both asked 2 behavioral questions they like my answers and set me up with district manager 10 minutes later mini interview with her answered with her told me i should receive a call within 72 hours.

no difficult questions or unexpected questions..tell me about yourself? name a time when you had to reach a sales goal what are the steps you took to reach it? how do you handle upset customers? what is the biggest overage or shortage you have had with your drawer? name a time you had to deal with multiple customers at one time and how did you handle it? name one thing you disliked about your last job?

I did one online interview and filled out tons of online tests and paperwork, two weeks later I was contacted by an HR rep to schedule an interview at the branch with the manager. The interview was pretty laid back and basic questions.

Video interview- basic. Be prepared for no retakes. Behavioral and situational questions; may want to practice first before going into the real one. Speak loud and clear. When you see it replay, you may not like it and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Filled out an application. About 2-3 weeks later i received a digital interview. I did it within the week. About 2 weeks later i got a call for an in person interview at a nearby branch and it went very well. I got a phone call the next day from my recruiter and was given an offer.
