I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
I was referred by a friend in the program after a few members dropped out. I went to the Mclean location for the interview. The interview consisted of 3 behavioral interviews with pretty standard questions. Each lasted about 45 minutes. Finally, I was asked a series of pretty basic questions regarding financial statements. Then I was given a few pages of ratios, data, etc. gathered from financial statements from a company over the last three years and had to answer a few questions (what did I think about the company's revenue stream, analyze their capital structure, etc.).

Interview
Applied through university career center. First interview on campus. Second interview was at a corporate office and consisted of 3-4 interviews. It took on average about a week to two weeks to hear back after each interview. Very direct and it was helpful to review company website as well as other people's reviews on Glassdoor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Strengths/Weaknesses, Why you want to work for this company, A lot of questions on ratios and profitability of a company, evaluating whether or not to grant a borrower a loan. There was a case interview as well which was much more math based and asked you to assess the financial credentials of a me up company. Interviewer was very nice and helped when you got stuck. Overall, was a positive experience

Question 1
The case study section of the interview was very interesting. You're given some background of a fictional company and a series of financial statements that you have to comb over and discuss.
