I had a phone interview with an very nice lady from the HR. She was very helpful. She sent for a in person interview with two managers and one of them was horrible. He rushed me through out the interview . After reading the reviews I know capital in person process is role play but my interview was not role play. I have 8 years of banking experience. Due to school I had to leave my current job and I was working as aassistant sale manager at Verizon and of course I added that as my current job.. the damn manager He took his phone out and tell me to sell a phone. Wth .I'm like that's not what I do at my job .and that's not way to sell .he put me on the spot. I was very prepared but I guess he was just gonna select me.I was very disappointed the way I was treated at interview. He rushed cuz he was tired of interviewing or I have no clue.anyways I kept in touch with recuriter. Like I said recuriters are very helpful at capital she set up a interview for me at another location ..I just wish they stop unqualified managers for intreview cuz there are very qualified people wi th skills who can't getc hired cuz of these horrible managers

it was extremely long and ended with no offer and also the interviewer was rude. It was not a mutual conversation but rather it felt like an interrogation. Also I would have expected more questions that were based on my resume. she asked questions that were obviously outside of what I was capable of doing and thus unfair
