Fast-moving process. 1st round: virtual job tryout 2nd round: 45min case interview 3rd round: power day, 2 1-hour case interviews, 1 behavioural interview I waited about a month between 1st round and 2nd round. Once you are in the interview process, everything moves a lot faster. I had my 45min case interview on Wednesday, and I heard back from them on Friday. So if you are moving to the next step, you will receive an update within 48 hours. So, you are probably out if you have not heard back within 48 hours. During case interviews, they will guide you when you made a mistake so that you can finish the case. But, making mistakes indicates that you are kicked out of the game. They are looking for someone that can solve the case quickly and accurately without any mistakes. Cases: They gave out samples for each round, but actual cases are more quantitative than samples. Cases are focused on break-even analysis. They will give you different scenarios/options and ask you to conduct a break-even analysis. For 45min cases, there are 6 questions, and 4 are calculation-related. For 1-hour cases, one is related to credit card approval and the other is about restaurants and relates to break-even analysis. Behavioural: They gave out sample questions. They are typical questions, but the interviewer will go deep into each question and dig into your experience. I had 3 behavioural questions and several follow-ups under each one.
