Interview
First interview was on campus, simple behavioral with 3 questions.
Then I was asked to come to Richmond for the day for a series of 3 interviews. These consisted of a job fit, case, and behavioral. Job fit is just how you would respond in different scenarios. They do this interview to find out what area to put you in if you're hired. Behavioral was again 3 questions but they seemed much more difficult than the first interview. Case was a real problem they had. It wasn't that bad. Just had to know profit, FC, and VC.
I've heard that Capital One likes to invite many people to their powerday and then chooses very few.
