In person interview on campus, then a day-long interview day in Richmond consisting of 1 behavioral, 1 case and 1 technical interview. Everyone was very cordial and welcoming - no real intimidation factors here. They were very generous with Hotel and food accommodations for the last round of the interview process when they ask you to come out to Richmond.
During the "super day" in Richmond you get to have lunch along with all the other interns with some current engineers. They're very open about their experience and had great things to say about working for Capital One. My recruiter was very helpful and responsive during this entire process - answering any questions I had.
