I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2015
Interview
First I had a call from the recruiter, who gave me an overview of JD and responsibilities. Next I solved 3 questions on Hackerrank which were a difficulty level of above average to hard. Next round was an interview with a senior Data Scientist who gave me questions on Statistics and MapReduce. After a bit of tinkering, I got to the required answer. Right now waiting n the Case interview rounds on campus, DC.

Only gone through the initial HR interview process so far. Waiting to go through OA and power day. Applied mid June. Got an answer end of June/ early July. Seemed like just a screening of the resume so far. Nothing substantial yet.

Interview
I had an interview with the hiring manager, and she started to ask about my CV and went through the details of each project, and also asked additional questions about each project, what would happen if we do this or that
