Interview
Recruiter could be more consistent and have better follow-through.
Initially contacted by recruiter who said that online aptitude test required before proceeding. Gave practice test prior to taking timed online test. Passed online aptitude test, so proceeded to phone screening with hiring manager, which went well.
Hiring manager asked for onsite interview. Recruiter forwarded sample questions to prepare for onsite interview. Management team were coming from HQ the following week, so scheduled an interview with 4 people, including the hiring manager. Management team was very professional, though one manager said that he didn't think this position was necessary. Not sure why he was asked to be on the panel. Anyway, got a call from recruiter that evening saying that I needed to come back the very next day for a case study, which he admitted he didn't know that part of the interview was required. Okay, that happens, but no flexibility on scheduling - had to be the very next day. Had to reschedule another appointment to go back in. Never heard back from the recruiter to let me know their decision.

Interview
The 4-step interview process with a recruiter, then a manager, and finally a culture test and a 4-hour push day in the end. Overall really nice people and a great process.

Interview
4 rounds of interview, get offer letter, pass bckground check, sends computer, then changed thier mind and rerout the computer without my notice while I struggle to find out what must have gone wrong. Annoying
Fine, it was an easy process to navigate but I didn’t get an offer unfortunately I think the interviewers were not paying attention when they talked to me. I definitely would not recommend talking with them.
