Contacted via text by HR rep. She set up a quick phone screen. After that she scheduled a 30 minute call with the hiring manager but framed it as a meet and greet. It was very unclear it was a real interview. After that, three 30 minute interviews were scheduled with various parties. I was told I would hear something within the week and despite reaching out to the HR rep several times, didn't hear anything for almost three weeks when she called out of the blue and said I should have texted her.

Expensed paid trip to Plano, TX office for 3 interviews: case, behavioral, and job fit. Process took 3 hours plus an hour lunch. Extremely friendly environment. Case interview was sort of difficult but they help you through the process. They briefly gave a tour of the campus and explained all of the cool features it has including a gym and bikes to use to get from building to building.
