Applied through referral. First interview was with HR. For 2nd round, I visited Mclean office as they are still setting up interview process in NY. I had 2 case interviews and 1 Behavioral. Typically they ask you for lunch and if required a 4th interview (case interview). In our case our group was set free to the airport. As everyone is aware, case interview is the most important part of their interview process.
