Please DO NOT waste your time applying to Capital One or going through the PM interview process. Their evaluation methods are outdated, irrelevant, and harsh. And they will never give you feedback. For 3 years, recruiters reached out to me about PM roles. This means I went through the process 3 times and failed to get an offer. Each time, I prepared more and got further in the process. Even though I never received feedback on my interview performance, so I never knew what was lacking. The last time, I prepared for several weeks, going through reviews, videos, etc. The power day takes almost 4.5 hours, which is almost an entire day. It is unrealistic to ask someone to prepare for something close to an SAT exam without helping them understand the breakdown of their score afterwards. To the hiring team: good luck looking for unicorns.
