Interviewers were pretty friendly and helpful. Cases were straightforward and focused on calculating P/L statements, break-even points, and expected value. Lots of little tricks added to test if you can adjust your calculations and equation structures on the fly. Here are the three most important things you need to succeed IMO: 1. Talk through the math. Every step, every calculation, every number. Interviewers will often validate or challenge your calculation, but you need to say it out loud if you want them to catch it. I made a few mistakes but the interview helped me catch them and I wasn't penalized that bad. 2. Drive the case forward. Despite the cases being interviewer-led, you should always be thinking three steps ahead and communicate the implications of your answers with the interviewer. This shows them that you're actively problem solving and going beyond what is asked. 3. Don't underestimate the qualitative questions. You need to have deep, thorough, and creative answers to stand out. I recommend practicing typical creative brainstorming questions to prepare for this.
